Our Process
Before reaching your home, each piece goes through several carefully executed stages — from sourcing raw materials to protective packaging designed to ensure safe delivery. This journey can be divided into eight essential steps.
Everything begins with the cutting stage, where each piece is produced according to the product's design. It is here that the furniture moves from concept to form, crafted with precision and strict adherence to defined measurements.
After cutting, the pieces move to the edge-banding stage, where the edges are carefully sealed. This process adds protection, durability, and a refined, uniform finish to the furniture.
Drilling Stage: All necessary holes and markings are made to ensure proper assembly. This process guarantees precise fittings and facilitates the final assembly.
Next, the pieces go through the sanding process, where imperfections are removed. This step ensures a smooth surface prepared for painting, elevating the standard of the final finish.
Before painting, the pieces go through a pre-assembly stage to check fittings and alignment. This step ensures that all components are correct and ready for the next stages of the process.
The pieces go through a standardized painting process, with multiple layers applied to ensure resistance and durability. After this stage, each piece is carefully inspected, and if any detail falls outside the standard, it is returned for correction to guarantee consistent quality.
After painting, the pieces are organized according to each product's technical specifications. Before packaging, a final check is performed to ensure every component is correct and complete.
In the final stage, each product is individually packaged using protective materials and corner guards to prevent movement during transport, ensuring the furniture arrives in perfect condition.
